Dr. Emmett Davidson Transportation & Logistics Management Scholarship

The Dr. Emmett Davidson Transportation & Logistics Management Scholarship was established in 2004 by Dr. Donald and Mrs. Ruthanna Davidson. Dr. Emmett Davidson was Donald’s father, and was influential in reorganizing Duluth’s city government and furthering the economic development of the Twin Ports.
