Francis and Dolores DeVinck

The DeVinck Family Scholarship (originally the “Francis and Dolores DeVinck Scholarship”) was first established by family and friends in 1997, after Francis “Curly” DeVinck passed away that January. When his wife, Dolores, passed away in February 1999, the scholarship supported in memory of the couple.

Francis and Dolores both graduated from Superior State Teachers College, now UW-Superior, and their family knew a scholarship for Education majors at UW-Superior would be a wonderful way to honor them.
